He patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions without ever being heavy handed in trying to make the sale. When we had to leave the dealership for another obligation before the deal was finalized, he agreed to come into the office for a couple of hours on his day off so that the final paperwork could be completed and so that he could demonstrate for us all of the fantastic technology and other benefits of the car. He also helped us activate all of the car's incredible safety and entertainment features.. I had already gone on some test drives other places and had done my research. I had an idea of what I wanted. Working with Shaun was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted and didn't push me to make any decision or try and over ride what I wanted with what he maybe thought was better. Not feeling pressure from Shaun made my decision a lot less stressful. Buying a car is a big deal. Going through the process with Shaun made it feel like any other pleasant day, but I ended up driving away real happy in the exact car that I wanted. More
