Avoid Salesguy Greg like the plague ZERO stars to Greg, one of the sales guys at Ken Garff Honda Downtown. Greg is the Worst Salesman ever!!! This was the 6th dealership we’ve went ZERO stars to Greg, one of the sales guys at Ken Garff Honda Downtown. Greg is the Worst Salesman ever!!! This was the 6th dealership we’ve went to this week and we never experienced any problems until tonight. We are looking to purchase a new Honda Civic within a few days and needed to test drive an EX-T on the lot. I went first to test drive with Greg and then my husband after that. He didn’t even get us the sedan, just the coupe to drive. It was the most unpleasant experience we had with test driving with any salesperson. During the drive, it was very difficult to have a conversation with Greg, he didn’t even try to sell anything or explain to us features of the car we were driving. When I asked questions about the car, I got nothing but one word responses, all very negative and condescending tone. During the drive he had his phone out the entire time and texting so I didn’t think he wanted to listen to me. My husband experienced the same thing. After my husband drove, Greg told him to park the car back in the lot instead of parking out in front by the entrance? Who does that?! Everywhere else they tell us to leave in front and walk inside. And right after that he goes back to sit down and mess on his phone. Is this dude really wanting to sell cars? No he doesn’t. I then asked for Nina from Internet sales who is 100x better and told her we want to work with a different salesperson. I do not want to deal with Greg ever again and neither should any of you prospective car buyers reading this. Greg makes Ken Garff more like Ken BARF!!! More

Jacob was very informed on the vehicle and went out of his way to make sure that I was I started with Jacob because Brandon was with another customer. Brandon came over when he was done with his customer and joined with Jacob to make sure that all of my questions about the car and the service dept. were answered to my satisfaction. Brandon then introduced me to Mary Woodward in finance. She was great and very efficient with explaining the paper work. Brandon then had the car washed and pulled it up, walked me around the car one last time, asked me if I had any final questions and gave me the key to my new car.
