I came in for an oil change at 8:30. They met me outside to get me in the door which was great. I thought awesome I'll be in and out quickly today. 2 hours later my car still was not don They met me outside to get me in the door which was great. They came out to tell me I needed new air filters, which I responded I will have my husband or dad change for me. A half hour later my car was finally ready. A simple oil change SHOULD NOT take 2.5 hours. Also, my Rav 4 has been getting water in the door and not draining. They ordered the parts and told me it's only covered for 36,000 miles so I need to get back right away before the 36,000 miles is up. I explained I'm leaving for vacation that day and it would be pushing it. He said he would check to see if it'll still be covered. If I told you about the problem before the 36,000 miles, it should not be my fault that you need to wait on the part to come in. I live 40 min from the dealership alone plus I have to work over a half away away everyday. This was not the worst part. I got in my car and starting driving home and it did not feel right. It sounded very loud and my car is usually quiet. I get home and call to inform them because again I'm getting ready to go on a trip. I popped my hood when I got home and the air filter box was never snapped into place causing my car issues. Luckily I got to FaceTime with customer service and a tech for them to explain how to fix this issue. I FIXED THE PROBLEM MYSELF WHICH IS PATHETIC. I am very very upset. This should be a huge concern to management. THIS IS A DEALERSHIP, WHO SPENT 2+ HOURS WITH MY VEHICLE. I KNOW ACCIDENTS HAPPEN, BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN WHEN GOING TO THE JIFFY LUBE WHICH ONLY TAKES A HALF HOUR. If this happened to someone else, they may not have thought to check things out. This could've have damage in my 2022 vehicle. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the service provided. I wish I did not have to keep coming back for oil changes to this location, but I have to because I paid for the service within my plan. Also, I am still waiting to hear back from the service department about my part arriving for my car door. He was supposed to call me back yet never did. I had called a week ago when I got back and he said it will be taken care of and apologized for not calling me to let me know. ONE AND A HALF WEEKS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. More

On Oct 28, 2023, around 8:45am my 2017 Toyota Highlander was towed to the aforementioned dealership for a diagnostic and mechanical repair. On Thursday November 2, 2023 I arrived to pick up the car and saw that the rear passenger side had a considerable amount of damage. On the multi-point inspection form for when the car arrives, there was no note of the damage. When I brought up the damage, Robert Killmeyer, Parts and Service Director, informed me that the car was towed there with the damage and that it was noted on the multi-point inspection form. This was noted on the form four days after the arrival of my vehicle. Mr. Killmeyer was very rude and raised his voice on multiple occasions. I requested to see the security camera footage of when the car arrived; he informed me that the cameras at the dealership were not working. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he informed me that he was the most senior person there. According to the towing company, they plan on sending video evidence, there was no damage when the car was picked up or dropped off. My car also has a camera, but all recordings from the moment the car was loaded onto the tow truck were erased and the camera was turned off. More
