very bad service I had a very bad experience with my car service on this service center. Robert Killmeyer(Service Director), Rodney Lambert(Service Manager) , They a I had a very bad experience with my car service on this service center. Robert Killmeyer(Service Director), Rodney Lambert(Service Manager) , They are very cheating people. Their behavior so Unprofessional and so irrelevant talk. I drop my car for service on Nov 2017. And they put Non-toyota parts without my knowledge( and I paid $730 which is very costlier than other dealership as well). Due to that was facing the same issue(R-Axle) on April 2018. And again I end up paying $570 for the very same service. I never seen such people who is NOT concern about customer satisfaction, time, value and their money. All they need more money for their worst service. We could see upfront, how they are doing wrong for their customers. More

Jorge always greeted me pleasantly when I came in for service on my 2015 4Runner which I loved. I wasn’t planning on upgrading, however, Jorge & Justin negotiated the price that I wanted to pay. Justin Yelling is the manager that is actually “available” to the customer. Not behind the scenes like the wizard. Additionally, Bob Kilmeyer service mgr. has provided excellent customer service over the past few years. He has gone above & beyond for me on more than one occasion and John Mesko, finance was also a pleasure to deal with. These guys are a great team. A 4Runner & Ganley fan for sure. More
Service is the worst!!! Didn't reset oil light twice. Did not address low tire light on. It was the spare and I took care of the resets and low air myself. My uncle had Didn't reset oil light twice. My uncle had a 2007 prius and we told them we thought the hybrid battery was bad and they charged $1380 for repair (exhaust, sensor, etc.) and said hybrid battery was fine. 2 days later and car not running right again (no power). Took it back down and said hybrid battery wad bad. Wanted $4100 for repair. Greensburg Toyota said $3000 for same job. Preston Toyota price was even less and would pay for tow. What a joke. Never going to them again. I'm more mechanically inclined then their techs for sure and i have no fomal training. Their mechanics, who knows, might be better than some of them. What a joke. Done with them!! More

Second time just as good as he first 2 years ago my family purchased a Rav 4 from Jorge, he was not only awesome in meeting our needs he was able to find the car we wanted in the color we 2 years ago my family purchased a Rav 4 from Jorge, he was not only awesome in meeting our needs he was able to find the car we wanted in the color we were looking for. He kept us in the loop as to when the car would arrive and everything in-between. Fast forward 2 years later we were looking to purchase a Camry XSE V6 in black. Not an easy to come by purchase. Again, Jorge and the rest of the team was able to get one here in a great amount of time and was very awesome again in keeping us in the loop. Everything went smooth from the time we decided to purchase to the time the car was delivered. Again, thanks for being a great dealership and we look forward to future purchases. More
AWESOME BUYING EXPERIENCE AND NOW AWESOME SERVICE FROM DAY When I bought my RAV4 from Day I was told "free oil changes for life." At the time and before yesterday's oil change, I thought "yea, right - what's When I bought my RAV4 from Day I was told "free oil changes for life." At the time and before yesterday's oil change, I thought "yea, right - what's the catch." Took the car in yesterday and after the super quick and efficient service, I was presented with the bill. ZERO DOLLARS! How awesome that were no strings attached. Awesome that my bill was $0 for oil change, oil filter, tire rotation, fluid topoff, car wash. I've dealt with many dealers and service depts. of Kia and Ford. Day Toyota is by far the best I've ever dealt with. Love the cleanliness of the entire area. So fast and efficient. Like that you don't spend half your day waiting for service. I've never been more impressed with Day Toyota. I am so glad I left Ford and am now a devoted Toyota buyer. I highly recommend Day after my first buying experience with them and now my first visit to their service department. Hope to be a loyal customer for a long time. More

WHAT A NIGHTMARE I took my Yaris to be inspected. Was told it would cost $1000 to inspect and repair. No written estimate. They insisted I could not drive my car as th I took my Yaris to be inspected. Was told it would cost $1000 to inspect and repair. No written estimate. They insisted I could not drive my car as they has started working on it, but they would "fix me up" with an affordable new lease. I insisted I could not make a payment and that I owned my Yaris, My credit is almost nonexistent. Unfortunately I became confused and overwhelmed and signed the lease in order to have a way home, or so I believed. The pressure was awful. I am elderly and take medications for various physical issues. I am on disability. I called immediately to try to cancel the lease and get my car back and they refused to help me. I even returned with a friend to try to fix this. He took extensive notes on the shifting story from Day. Two months later and even advice from an Elder Care lawyer, I have made no payments as I don't have the money and am waiting for my car to be repossessed. Warning: never enter this dealership without another person no matter what. More
Went in for service and tire rotation. I paid for this service and they did not rotate the tires even though the invoice said it was done. My front two wheels were dirty when I went in and dirty when I go service and they did not rotate the tires even though the invoice said it was done.
