My car needed serviced due to a recall. Tony was able to schedule my car the day after I called and also arranged for a loaner car for me since the estimated time to fix the recall issue was 3 hrs. I got scammed. Cost me $110.00. Took my truck in to get its 25,000 mile tire rotation. Gave me my truck back and my steering wheel was shaking like crazy. Took it back and they said all 4 tires wer get its 25,000 mile tire rotation. Gave me my truck back and my steering wheel was shaking like crazy. Took it back and they said all 4 tires were way out of balance. I’m under the impression they removed my wheel weights when they rotated them. My steering wheel or truck would have shook before if my wheels were out of balance. More

My appointment was 9 am. I was not notified until 10:20 that my 2018 rav4 with less then 20,000 miles needed front brakes .
