I just leased a 2020 Tundra in August. The protectors on the edge of the doors came off. I called got the first degree on mileage, length i had it even though i explaned it when i first started speaking. So i had to repeat it all. Then Josh told me it would take a week and he would call back. Well i have just moved so time was not something i focused on. After over two weeks I called back. Spoke to a woman right now i can not recall her name. Well i got excuses about Josh not bringing there and she would look it up and see if it was even ordered and would call me back. Well a few weeks went by. I was in the area and called to see what was going on. This gentleman said the parts where in and come right in. So i get there, having issues on trying to get the truck into the garage due to so many cars in the area and i had no idea where to take the vehicle. Then the opposite garage door opened i got the truck in and had no idea where to go or who to talk to. Finally i stood at the door way where three people looked up and said nothing but was talking to each other. Finally the rude woman said can i help you. I explained everything and was told to come in. I realized by her voice it was the woman i spoke to on the phone. She gave me excuses they are short handed and she hasn't had time to call me. Told me to go and sit down, again i had no idea where to go and told when they get to it they will do it. So we figured out where to go. We seen Gary the gentleman we leased the truck off of. Explained to him that the service department is terrible and if i knew that i would have never leased the truck there. He was upset directed us to this woman that we explained everything. She was very compassionate. Went in to get the boss of service but he wasn't in. Had us have a seat. A bit later she came over and said they tried to repair it but it kept coming off. So the offer she made was when the part comes in they would come to my home pick up the truck, fill up the tank, they had to take the truck to collision to repair the door guards since the people at your shop was not able to do it correctly. So we agreed. Within that week i was washing the truck and seen the back doors were coming off. So we called and she said that they would take care of it. Within a few days they came out and did as promised. The gentlemen, was great to deal with that came out and got the truck. I havent went out to many times so i hoping that everything is ok on the truck. So now you have it, this is what happened. Overall the job got done three months after I called. Now we are not happy about your service team.
