What i would say is that the service center team is super nice the service manager is not. In addition their cost is way overpriced and as an example they tell you filter needs changed and they already have nice the service manager is not. Service was of very bad quality! Common sense please: money paid to resolve issues, Not to create more issues! Don’t give excuses that car is old. Not a single issue on the way, but interestingly issues come up at Ken Ganley service. Really! Last service, for looking at rear wiper issue, ended up replacing original nameplate. Then finding hitch plug cap broken, rear bumper face not aligned, front under car cover screw holes torn, and each tire rotation scratches on alloy wheels increases! Hundreds of excuses given though! I suggest Ken Ganley to install a see through glass so that customers can see what these technicians are doing. Also, maybe update their training to include quality of service, and understand the above-mentioned common sense. Look at my previous comment two years ago. It is obvious Ken Ganley service does not take care of customer’s car, but has mastered giving excuses instead of supporting the customer who is paying hundreds/thousands of dollars. More
