The Tundra has been a troubled vehicle with many recalls. The driver seat controls are housed in cheap plastic material which has broke getting in and out of the truck. Days after repair they broke again. You warranty supervisor said No warranty coverage. So,the housing remains broken. While traveling Route 70 from Washington PA to New Stanton PA, the passenger side mirror camera blew out of the mirror housing and was violently bouncing off the passenger window which caused the camera to unplug and was left on the highway. Being Route 70, there is nowhere to safely pull over and retrieve the camera This item was ordered and warranty supervisor chose not to cover. I refuse to replace. The Fit and finish of this vehicle is poor at best. The camera falling out while driving should not be my responsibility. The lack of responsibility by your warranty supervisor shows a lack of customer care. Unless this is rectified, my business will be taken elsewhere. More
