This is the fourth time in service for the same issue. The problem was not resolved. The problem is with the power back door. The majority of the time it will not close. I've tried closing the door with the two internal power buttons & also with the key fob. I was told it can't be repaired unless the door won't close while it is in the service department. I've provided the service tech and service manager videos of it getting stuck, but am told that will not suffice. This is not the way I expected to be treated by Toyota or it's representatives. More

Stoped to get a appointment for service, I have a extended warranty, the service writer didn’t know if they accepted the Ally warranty, then proved to tell me they are not taking any repairs fin for extended warranty, the service writer didn’t know if they accepted the Ally warranty, then proved to tell me they are not taking any repairs fin for six weeks. The issue I’m having could be catastrophic to the motor and I explained this. Didn’t do any good, and then was told if the warranty did not accept their terms I would have to pay. My impression was this kid was not trained to do anything but take in oil changes. I guess I’ll be going to a dealership that can help. More
