The service staff, Josh and Steve are very helpful and always extremely pleasant. My experience aside from interaction with the two of them has been frustrating and time consuming. Jeff did a terrific job making sure the shield was installed correctly. He researched the issues for the insurance coverage that I purchased at time of auto purchase to maintain the interior and ext installed correctly. Not his fault, but very disappointing to learn that there is now a separate process that I need to handle with the insurance company. I have never purchased this kind of coverage before, so now I am quite skeptical that I paid handsomely for something that I will not get benefit from. I will check back after I take time out of my schedule to contact the agency. According to Jeff, I will still end up having to bring it back to Ken Ganley once they “agree” to fix it. At the moment it feels like a sham. Time will tell. More
