From the first time I went to look at a potential car to buy, to buying the car and now routine maintenance, every person we have interacted with has been friendly and professional. I said recently to my husband that this is the kind of experience we have been wanting with a car dealership - no stress about purchasing certain things or taken offense if we are offered something we don’t want. We even received a summary video of our yearly inspection and it was very informative explanation of what they look for and at what points they would begin recommending new brakes and such. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!! More

They charged me a 2% fee to pay by credit card. Had I known prior to this I would have bought cash. The credit card fee is an expense of the business not the consumer. I got my car back oil changed and heated seats installed. Seats were left on with no instructions or where the button was located. Very odd after getting it back from a service center. I felt like the minimum possible is what was done. Just not confident in returning for service. More
I have been dealing with this dealership for many years. It is only the service department that is keeping me with them. The last purchase I made was my new Tundra. I was less than pleased with my trade in offer but bought it anyway since ordered just as I wanted it. If I get the same offer when time to trade this truck in I will not buy from this dealership. The day after my purchase my old truck which I was told would not go on dealer lot was there for $10,000.00 more than they gave me.. Service is great. Sales $#@#$.. I have bought 3 Tundras and 3 sedans from this location. I was never treated so badly as the last purchase and every once of service on all vehicles was preformed there. More
