Ken Ganley Toyota gives excellent customer service They are very updated. I needed my oil change and wanted my wheel aliment checked. Jeff Petrick pointed out it’s all done. He showed me when you drive th are very updated. I needed my oil change and wanted my wheel aliment checked. Jeff Petrick pointed out it’s all done. He showed me when you drive the car into the bay , there’s a machine that check it . Then showed me on the computer. Also I left the car to wait and I received a Text from him with info in case I have a question. I was also impressed when I received a email with a picture of my car being worked on. The Tech , Josh actually talks as he’s checking your car . . Very good customer service. More
