Parked the car, pulled in to a tight space across from a pole and beside a fire hydrant. Of course we backed into the pole and damaged the bumper when leaving. Service tech took pics and said " this has been an ongoing problem" and that the Manager would call us to discuss repairs. Has been 2 weeks and no one has reached out. This type of customer service seems typical at Ken Ganley. I find other dealers offer better service. The question remaining is , Why use that particular parking spot? Why do they pull cars into spots instead of backing in so customers can pull forward to leave? or Why not pull the vehicle up to the door while you pay the cashier then you can walk out and leave? This is recommended as a safety precaution. All the other dealerships I've been to operate that way. It's the little details that make a difference and possibly avoid problems like this. More

My last service visit was completely unacceptable. I had previously purchased a five oil change service plan. This last service visit was to get an oil change and use the last of my five purchased I had previously purchased a five oil change service plan. This last service visit was to get an oil change and use the last of my five purchased oil changes. You can imagine my surprise when I got home. And looked at my receipt. The service associate had charged me for an oil change. As well as charged me for an additional five oil change service plan. Not to mention at this latest oil change. I did not receive a multi point inspection or inspection report. Which I have received on every single oil change I have ever obtained at this location. I had also requested that my alignment be checked out. I was under the impression that just checking the alignment did not incur a charge. The service associate charged me for a full alignment. Yet told me that the alignment was fine and did not require any additional work. What was interesting about that. I have since discovered that after my visit, my tires are now out of balance. I got up to 60 miles an hour, and my steering wheel started shaking radically. Which was not happening prior to this last service visit So after this service visit. I definitively received my vehicle back in worse condition than I left it. I am not happy. More

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Steve Sylvis helped me get my insurance card from Progressive, since the one I had was expired and he made me a copy for my car as well. Steve also fixed my keyfob that was not responding and put a new battery in it at no charge. Steve had my car inspected, oil change, tire rotation and washed my car all within a reasonable time.
