I had a recall appointment to this dealership and was waiting there around 1 h. Lisa was great! However, they cleaned my car so surface of the car wiped off. Oil pan repair noted that the plug was stripped. The dealer changes my oil, so the damage would’ve been done by them. Also, the noted one day repair on a Friday extended over the weekend to Monday.
