I liked the service person explanation of the deal on service packages but did not like that I was being charged an extra 2% for using a credit card I liked the service person explanation of the deal on service packages but did not like that I was being charged an extra 2% for using a credit card. I was not told this in advance or I would have brought a check. During the pandemic consumers were encouraged or forced to use credit cards and the push was on for places to go cashless but at a price to the consumer. There are going to be some people who are going to have a problem with the extra fee when it comes to a large repair and extra $20 or more adds up rather quickly. The technicians should always put the screens back to where they were after recording the service done. More
