Salesman Scott was extremely professional throughout our visit. I had recently lost the use of an aged Ford Expedition and needed a vehicle badly. My daughter was home for Christmas and she went to work, o visit. I had recently lost the use of an aged Ford Expedition and needed a vehicle badly. My daughter was home for Christmas and she went to work, on line, and located several including the one at Ken Ganley. After a long trip from Ridgway,Pa. We were able to close a deal, despite the distance and the fact that the Christmas holidays were upon us. I was able to return home with my Tacoma the same day, thus eliminating another long trip and do the final paperwork by mail. Thank you! More

We were able to get a last minute inspection appointment which was must appreciated. The tech was told that oil maintence was also needed and he assured us he would take care of that as well. Upon completio which was must appreciated. The tech was told that oil maintence was also needed and he assured us he would take care of that as well. Upon completion, determined that the oil maintenance was never done. As the dealership is over 30 min from our home, not very happy about having to bring the vehicle back in when it could have been done in one visit. More

Always went there for service on my 2017 Tacoma, and I finally got a chance to buy a vehicle from them a 2024 Tundra. Nick Marshall my salesman was great and the sales manager was easy to work with as we finally got a chance to buy a vehicle from them a 2024 Tundra.
