I had a flat tire and took it to the dealership to get fixed since I have tire coverage. Josh was very communicative and helped have the car ready to pickup by the next day. Lisa helped me when I came to pickup the car and was very helpful. She also is helping me with an ongoing service matter (an acorn attacked my car while I was driving). Slade, the salesman who I bought the car from, recognized me instantly when I came in and small talked with me for a minute. Mostly asking if I was enjoying the car which I very much am. I know he wasn't involved with the tire situation, but I think it goes to show how well Ken Ganley Toyota treats it's customers. Thanks again everyone! More
