The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I will recommend this dealer to everyone that I meet. The price and service contract (extended warrantee) is excellent. will recommend this dealer to everyone that I meet. The price and service contract (extended warrantee) is excellent. More
Leased my first vehicle from them 3 years ago and got a great deal on my second lease. Spent several hours there, test driving different vehicles and talking with Wayne - no pressure, very helpful. Reall great deal on my second lease. Spent several hours there, test driving different vehicles and talking with Wayne - no pressure, very helpful. Really like working with them. Service department was great when I went for inspections as well. Love my new car, look forward to working with them again in the future. More
In total I probably met with six staff and I couldn't have been treated better. I was at Day for approximately two hours and it appeared to me that this was a staff that worked well together and enjoyed have been treated better. I was at Day for approximately two hours and it appeared to me that this was a staff that worked well together and enjoyed their work! The dealership had in place the car , color & options that I was interested in. That being said, the most important two items on the agenda namely trade-in value & cost of the new car were the best by far of the dealerships that offered me quotes. From sales to service, Day is with the best. More
I had stopped by Day Toyota to look at the Prius. I currently owned a 2010 car that was a great car but I wanted or needed a car that got much better gas mileage. When I pulled into the dealership, Mat currently owned a 2010 car that was a great car but I wanted or needed a car that got much better gas mileage. When I pulled into the dealership, Matt had came out and greeted me. I said hello and explained to him what I was looking for and that the current car that I had I was still upside down in the loan. I told him I was not sure if they could do anything for me or not. I also asked Matt if it was better to go for a new one or a used model. He told me lets look at your current car and find out what would be best for me.. I thought that was remarkable. I test drove a couple of Prius's and really liked the first one. Well I was approved for that Prius which by the way was a Toyota Certified, which is the best way to go.. I have owned it for 3 months and 5,000 miles and NO problems. I stopped by the other day to get an oil change. The service department what a surprise. They were kind and very passionate about their job. I will always come back to them for future work to be done on my Prius. Keep up the Great work. Way to go Day Toyota More
This buying experience was one of the best I have ever had and I've been buying cars for over 30 years. When I first came to the dealership, I had already decided on what I wanted and did not want to spen had and I've been buying cars for over 30 years. When I first came to the dealership, I had already decided on what I wanted and did not want to spend a lot of time. Gary, the salesperson I dealt with, understood exactly what I needed and did not waste my time by repeating information I already had. He did offer me a test drive, which I declined, and then proceeded to give me their best price which was significantly less than I had been quoted elsewhere. We closed the deal without any further issues. One item that would have made the experience even better was if the optional equipment I ordered had been available when the car came in. That would have let me avoid an additional trip; however, I was provided with a loaner car. More

Absolutely amazing customer service! I can honestly say it was the best experience I have EVER had at a dealership. Everyone was kind and helpful. They worked as a team and I didn’t feel pressured! After v it was the best experience I have EVER had at a dealership. Everyone was kind and helpful. They worked as a team and I didn’t feel pressured! After visiting 5 other dealerships I was beginning to get frustrated and discouraged. When I entered Day Toyota, I was greeted immediately by name before I even introduced myself. They were very well organized ! I instantly felt comfortable. I dealt with John Petrovich, Wayne Scholar and Guy Lettieri (Manager)....they all had great personalities and really made the process enjoyable. If they should be available when you arrive to the dealership, I suggest you speak to one of them! The facility is very nice. They have a very large waiting area with refreshments and a section just for children. The office and restrooms were immaculate. They really work hard to get you in and out.... I would highly recommend this dealership! I was very impressed, they really exceeded my expectations. I plan on visiting often for my free car wash and just to say hello. More
I took my 2003 Toyota Tundra in because there was a problem with the temperature control for the AC and heat. I knew there was a problem with the cable inside the dash but didn't know the extent of the problem with the temperature control for the AC and heat. I knew there was a problem with the cable inside the dash but didn't know the extent of the problem or the reason it was not working. They diagnosed the problem while I waited, and then told me it would cost $900 for the repair so that I would again have AC and heat. The reason they sited was the 5 hours of labor to take apart the dash, plus the cost of the parts that it needed. Obviously I left and did a very small amount of research. I took out 5 screws and easily removed the bezel that surrounds the radio and temp controls, easily disconnected the cable, then followed it to just above the gas pedal, where it goes through and comes out in easy reach. It took me about 5 minutes to remove the bad cable. I then went to a different dealer and bought a new cable for $23. It took me 5 minutes to install and adjust the new cable, and I am not a mechanic. My AC, heat, and defrost all work properly and I saved $877. It is astounding that what would take them 5 hours to fix, only took me (not a mechanic) 10 total minutes. In these hard financial times for most people, it is so important that you do your research and not let a place like this steal from you. More
A friend referred us to Day Toyota. We were looking for used cars, considering several different models. Emily, their Internet rep who knows my friend, called to find out what we were looking for, confirme used cars, considering several different models. Emily, their Internet rep who knows my friend, called to find out what we were looking for, confirmed that they had three of the models we were considering (including several of one model). When we went in that night, Wayne greeted us at the door. He showed us the models we were interested in, and let us test drive each one. One model had just come in and wasn't cleaned up and ready for the lot, but he got it out of the back so we could see it for comparison. As we drove one vehicle, he warmed up the next one. Because we were referred by a friend, we received a good price right off the bat (no haggling). Wayne drove the car into the delivery bay so we could look at it in the bright lights. In our final inspection, just before we decided to seal the deal, we noticed a small crack on the edge of the rear bumper. Wayne arranged to have that repaired at no cost the following week. The woman in finance explained everything to us thoroughly, and was very friendly, even though it was well past closing by the time we got to the paperwork. When I brought the vehicle back for the bumper repair, they gave me a loaner vehicle. Repair looks good. Would definitely recommend Day Toyota to friends. More
