Both Cronauer and the finance manager John was intent on deceiving me on the sale. I am happy with the truck but not how this deal came out to be. My wife and I went in knowing what we were looking for and cut through the usual sales pitch straight into the garage. Rodrigo will do whatever he can to accommodate you, just be upfront so he knows what you need. We got the vehicle up on a lift and spent some time checking things over with Greg the mechanic. His willingness to work with us really helped to sell the vehicle and has me considering making the hour and fifteen minute drive to use them anytime it needs service. From there we took a test drive where Rodrigo was able to point out some key aspects that made me committed to a purchase. There was very little back and forth regarding work to be done before the sale and the value of my trade. The market is crazy right now, but I feel that we worked out a good deal for both sides. Jared in the finance office took care of us without being pushy. By the time we were wrapping up the deal, all of us were joking around and things felt relaxed. The staff was professional, the facilities clean, and the vehicle priced right. Ken Ganley Toyota will be on my mind in a couple of years when the kids start driving and I need to buy my next one.
