No problems with my 2014 Toyota Corolla. Always get the best service from this dealership. Have only had to get oil changes, tires and inspections. Just upset as I get in and hit maps and telling me navigation app in not installed! Are you kidding me. For how must it cost and I don’t have navigation! Easy to get a appointment that fit my schedule. They never seem to get the correct air pressure in the tires after rotating them ! Customer in the waiting room did not have a mask on ! Called Ken Ganley Toyota about an hour ahead of time asking if the truck I ended up buying was still available for sale. Shaun answered the phone, and immediately said "let me go put my hands on the tru asking if the truck I ended up buying was still available for sale. Shaun answered the phone, and immediately said "let me go put my hands on the truck to make sure its here!" Called me back and said it was, so I knew I wasn't wasting a trip down to the city. When I got there the truck was already pulled up for me ready to be looked over. We then took it for a test drive, and I was overall satisfied. I asked Shaun for the car facts, and he already was prepared with them! Sat down to talk numbers, and got the dealership to work with me a little bit on price. This meant alot to me seeing how I had just come from a #1 Cochran dealership that definitely wasn't #1. They didn't much want to help me like Ken Ganley. As for Shaun, keep up the good work, and continue being a family man for your kids! Thanks again! More
