We would like to start by apologizing for the cleanliness of your new vehicle. This is not acceptable and we would like to offer a free inside and outside professional detail at any time to make that right. The car wash has been unfortunate as we ordered the parts to fix back in September but due to covid-19 delays we are still waiting for them, we hope to be up and running soon. Overall we aim to give a fair appraisal on any customer trade which is why we partner with Truecar.com to arrive at appraisal figures. We understand this is not always 100% satisfactory and if we mishandled that aspect of the deal We promise it was not our intention and we're sorry we have left you feeling like you had to fight for things.
