very bad service I had a very bad experience with my car service on this service center. Robert Killmeyer(Service Director), Rodney Lambert(Service Manager) , They a I had a very bad experience with my car service on this service center. Robert Killmeyer(Service Director), Rodney Lambert(Service Manager) , They are very cheating people. Their behavior so Unprofessional and so irrelevant talk. I drop my car for service on Nov 2017. And they put Non-toyota parts without my knowledge( and I paid $730 which is very costlier than other dealership as well). Due to that was facing the same issue(R-Axle) on April 2018. And again I end up paying $570 for the very same service. I never seen such people who is NOT concern about customer satisfaction, time, value and their money. All they need more money for their worst service. We could see upfront, how they are doing wrong for their customers. More

We started our day off at another dealership, which was an absolute horrible experience and waste of 2 hours. Initially when talking about what cars we were going to look at, we thought Toyota was going to be outside of our budget, but we decided that we were going to go look. We were somewhat in a pinch to find a car as my husband's lease was up so we had money set aside and were somewhat set on a price. From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted by a smile, which was something that was lacking at the first dealership. When the young lady at the front desk asked how she could help us, I told her that I wanted to buy a car and would buy a car if car if we had the right salesman. I told the young lady that I wanted someone that was friendly and had a personality. She said then introduced us to Anthony. He was the best! Not only was he friendly and patient (very, very patient), he listened to what we were looking for. Anthony suggested that we look at a Toyota Highlander, even though I had my heart set on a 4Runner. I'm so glad that we listened to him!! My husband and I are SO thrilled with the Highlander that we left with. The overall experience was fantastic and I honestly felt like we were appreciated and not looked at as a customer that someone was trying to sell a car to. From Anthony, to Rick in finance who went over all the payment information, to Robert who showed us the ins and outs of our car and how to work all the gadgets on it and made sure the car was spotless inside and out, to Justin (the general manager) who let my husband "wheel and deal" with him, we felt appreciated. We actually not only got a handshake, but also a hug!! This is how a car buying experience should be. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car!
