Danilo Aviles was terrific from his beginning introduction to me to ‘final signature’ of my husband and myself. He seemed to understand that when I appeared on my own to ‘study and learn the car introduction to me to ‘final signature’ of my husband and myself. He seemed to understand that when I appeared on my own to ‘study and learn the car I hoped to buy’, I was ‘floating upstream’ in apprehension of making a purchase without my husband along/unable to contribute to questions and discussion of auto features and financing, although I had schooled myself as much as possible on the ‘Gold-Certified 2020 Toyota Sienna’ that I decided we needed for then adding a wheelchair hoist. Dan was very patient and thorough with explanations, and patient and efficient in answering my many questions. I was enthused to see the display case of plaques for the many years the Ken Ganley dealership was awarded a ‘CarFax Dealership of the Year’. Knowing the value of a CarFax-rated auto, I was all the more assured that my Gold-Certified Toyota would be a quality vehicle that I can look forward to enjoying for many years to come, He and Jared in finance were very kind and understanding of my husband’s physical discomfort the day of ‘official purchase’. (Parkinson’s symptoms reared their ugly head hard that day while he needed to ‘endure’ all the needed signings and other details, which to him ‘seemed like eternity’. Kindness and helpfulness to ‘people in need’ is a real plus not unnoticed by us, and we heartily commend Dan and Jared for ‘speeding the process along to accommodate us’. Ethics, kindness, and top-notch professionalism demonstrated by Dan (and Jared), indicative of standard set by Ken Ganley Toyota, are not ‘lost on us’. Respect and integrity means everything. More
