As always, I had a very pleasing experience at Ken Ganley Toyota. Personable and knowledgeable sales personnel. I had an appointment and got to it immediately upon arrival. Taking advantage (and money) by threatening to not pass state inspection for things that are not actually broken. Wipers, “bulbs”, & a random lug but needed replaced to pass. I was quoted at $150 for those state inspection for things that are not actually broken. Wipers, “bulbs”, & a random lug but needed replaced to pass. I was quoted at $150 for those items. I usually would go replace those things myself & come back but I know Good wipers are pricey anyway, so I agreed. Then I got told he “tweaked” some prices for me *wink wink*. Yea, sure...... the lug nut that cost $5, I was charged $55 to replace it. They gave me $25 wipers and charged me $70 to install them when AutoZone does it for free for BETTER WIPERS. I also learned I had actually JUST HAD my wipers replaced by my significant other less than 7 months earlier so that was a blatant lie. Then the “Bulbs”; I would really love to know what bulbs were replaced that he said they needed to “reach way in and fix” and that’s why they were $40+ each. And then charged $55 more for the service to replace them. I won’t be back. We have two Toyota’s and I would rather drive an hour to GREENSBURG than deal with Ganley 10 minutes from my home. More
