Was quoted a price one day and charged more once service completed. Was told would take 1-2 hours and was kept waiting almost 4 hours!! Incompetence all around. Will never be back. The windshield on my brand new 2021 Tacoma cracked while sitting parked on a hot day. Took a video before driving it showing that it was just a crack and no chip. The dealer refused to cover the defective w sitting parked on a hot day. Took a video before driving it showing that it was just a crack and no chip. The dealer refused to cover the defective windshield costing me $800 plus dollars. Terrible service after they sell you the vehicle!!! More
