Giovanni was great as the Service Department was on overload. He arranged for my ride home as the service could have possibly taken 5 hours and then called to let me know it wouldn't be ready that d overload. He arranged for my ride home as the service could have possibly taken 5 hours and then called to let me know it wouldn't be ready that day but about 9:30 or 10:00 the next morning. I had an 11:30 appointment that day, he arranged for a driver to pick me up and I made it to my appointment. Also replaced the battery on my key and checked it out be sure my doors and trunk would open. Great service. More

I traveled 760 miles to purchase a 2017 explorer from Lou at Ken Stanley because his price was much lower than the Omaha area where I live. The negotiation and purchase went seamless, I was able to fly out at Ken Stanley because his price was much lower than the Omaha area where I live. The negotiation and purchase went seamless, I was able to fly out and pick up my car first thing in the morning, and was in and out of the dealership quickly and without hassle. Upon return to Omaha, I had a mechanical issue with the vehicle, and the dealership worked with the warranty company to get the repairs done local to me rather than having to return the car to the Cleveland area! 5 stars More
