The car I wanted was not in their inventory. A deal was made to transfer the car I wanted from a dealer on the west side. The guy who drove the car to ganley disappeared with it for a couple hours, and only delivered one key. When I asked about some complimentary oil changes for the trouble, I was given the voucher they give everyone that purchases a new car. I still don't have my second key, my wasted time was never addressed and I don't feel like I've been adequately compensated for the trouble. I didn't go to the store for a dozen eggs, I bought a $35,000 vehicle. We've been buying cars from ganley for a while, I was a little disappointed in this experience. More
