Sales manager never returned my call. I drove over an hour to get my mother's car after they had it for several days to detail and remove spots from seats. Upon my arrival the car still had spots and same dirt, lint in it, it was never detailed. Rich was unprofessional and they did not deliver as promised. Another salesman came outside, raising his voice and came at me pointing his finger. This being the dealership moto, it is untrue. "We are relentless in our pursuit to not just meet, but exceed our customers' expectations at every touchpoint, from the moment of purchase to ongoing service needs. Our unwavering commitment is to continually improve, with the ultimate goal of claiming the number one position!" They did not care of I was satisfied, did not meet my expectations and the only thing I felt they were committed to was selling a car and sitting around. I hope Mr. Hanley will take a better look at his sales staff, particularly the used car staff and retrain them with his advertised motto. Do yourself a favor, pay more if you have to and visit any other dealership but this one. I have never been so disrespected by two men before and feel threatened. Update: as of today I received an email stating that the dealership has worked with me to resolve this issue. I have NOT been contacted and no resolution has been attempted to be made. More

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Joy. I went in seeking guidance about what to do as my lease was ending. As a newly self-employed individual who was over my mileage limit, I was honestly I went in seeking guidance about what to do as my lease was ending. As a newly self-employed individual who was over my mileage limit, I was honestly scared and anxious, especially about dealing with pushy salespeople. Joy listened carefully to my concerns and presented several options. To my surprise, she found a way for me to buy out my lease—something I didn't think was possible given my new self-employment and income changes. I’m incredibly grateful for her hard work, creative thinking, and objective approach. She presented everything in an unbiased manner, while still offering her valuable opinion and suggestions. It was an absolutely awesome experience, and I will definitely go back to her for any future car purchases for my family! More
