Bought a used car/ Nissan Altima I dealt with Mike L. He did a nice job of not over-selling me. I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter. After I test drove a Subaru, I cal I dealt with Mike L. He did a nice job of not over-selling me. I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter. After I test drove a Subaru, I called Mike back to tell him that I might not make a decision soon. Although he was a little abrupt upon my news, we hung up with phone. About a week later, I noticed some used ‘19 Altimas. I texted him on Sat night after hours, and told him to call me on Monday. He immediately replied on Sat night, and said he would be in touch on Sunday. He called on Sunday, and said to come over on Monday. My daughter and I went to the dealership on Monday, and he had all of the cars that we wanted to drive(to get many different perspectives) ready. After driving four vehicles, my daughter chose the Altima. Everything went pretty smoothly, and we were happy. More

Horrible Service Department I made an appointment to see the service department. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment, pulled into the bay, got out of the car with my crutches I made an appointment to see the service department. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment, pulled into the bay, got out of the car with my crutches, and I was completely ignored. There were three people in the bay, and no one acknowledged me. I said loudly, "Hello, I have an appointment" nothing, I said, "I have a 10:00 am appointment, or should I leave?" A young man looked at me and said, "Mike will help you" and motioned to an older man at a computer. I stood there another few minutes until Mike came over to put the tags in my car, then proceeded to have me stand on crutches at his computer while I gave him the exact information that I gave when I booked online. I was told to go inside and wait, and another CUSTOMER had to help me with the door. I then waited for an hour and a half with no update, completely ignored. When I did get an update, I was told that they would be another hour while realigning my front sensor. When I saw my car get pulled up to the bay, I went out there (because I was waiting 2.5 hours) and stood there staring at my car for 5 minutes, and no one acknowledged me until I said loudly, "So am I good?" Then, again, I had to stand on crutches to sign all of the paperwork. Poor customer service aside, I didn't even make it to the edge of the parking lot before my front sensor light came back on. Which means I was tried poorly and sat there for 2.5 hours for absolutely nothing. More
