My service advisor, Jared Taylor was very customer service oriented and explained the processes so I understood. My oil change was done by Russell Valentine in a quick proficiency timing. Thanks Rin Marhofer for taking car of my old but reliable vehicle for this Nanna! I requested a car wash, and ut it started to rain, so he gave me a free car wash for a future date.

Service, not sales. It’s mind boggling how bad their service is and customer service. We know it’s hard to find good work these days but those guys have worked there for at least a couple years now. We have bought multiple vehicles from FM and no issues until the Nissan location which we reluctantly only used for services since its close to our house. In 3 years after buying our truck there, they have only got a tire purchase or oil change done satisfactory once. It’s either unacceptable wait times or they cant seem to order the right tires even with a scheduled appt two weeks out and want us to come back or offer stocked sub par tires. We have had purchased the same white wall tires since day one and my favorite was when we showed up and two were white and the other two weren’t. This time was the last and after treating us like idiots w a xx excuse, we politely told them we’d never come back again. They only offered an apology and absolutely nothing to try and keep a long time customer. No one called, nothing. Do yourselves a favor and find a reliable mom and pop mechanic and give them your money. These guys could care less about losing another customer. Shame on me for using them in the first place
