After we discussed what needed to be done, I found out that my car wouldn’t be done for another hour to hour and a half. After I expressed my displeasure, I was offered a vehicle to drive until my car was finished. That was great! Also, thanks for supplying complimentary snacks and beverages. That is really appreciated. If I didn’t have to wait so long before I was updated on my car’s progress, I would have given a five star rating. More
