I always thought that dealerships were such a rip off until I bought my Nissan Rogue here. Not only are the oil changes/car rotations reasonably priced but the servicemen are excellent and know their stu until I bought my Nissan Rogue here. I don't want to knick Ganley too much - they were really great to work with. My headlights began acting up on me a little while back - they were on all the time and when I shut the car off it acted like I d great to work with. My headlights began acting up on me a little while back - they were on all the time and when I shut the car off it acted like I didn't turn them off for a bit until they shut off automatically. I didn't really have time to deal with it until I had to drive at night and realized that the actual headlights weren't on just some dimmer daytime lights. I was unable to turn the real ones on. By the time I managed to figure that out and go in for service, my gold plan had naturally expired a month prior. Therefore, I had to pay 400 dollars for a switch (basically the lever assembly was totally replaced). They had to order the part and although the plan was up said I could have a loaner car for the night. Recommended I got new tires as well. I received a call the next day - the wrong part was in the box that was labeled for my part so they had to wait another day. Again let me keep the loaner car. I told them lets proceed with the particular tires I chose and mentioned my brakes sounded squeeky too. They ordered the tires and checked the brakes, which were fine - just a bit older with some surface corrosion. I don't put many miles on it so they said I would be better suited not to buy new brakes yet. Nick was super friendly and really took care of me. The warranty thing chaps my hide but that isn't Ganley's fault. More
Nick in the service department was very helpful and explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand! Horrible experience buying a used car This place is the worst!!!! Do yourself a favor and take your business to a reputable dealer. They did not do the things they promised to do in writ This place is the worst!!!! Do yourself a favor and take your business to a reputable dealer. They did not do the things they promised to do in writing, the tires we were told were 'brand new' but when we took it to a reputable dealer a few days later for a different repair we were informed the front tires were not new and one had a serious safety issue which could result in it blowing. They promised to detail the car even put it in writing and when we picked it up it was still filthy - the ceiling looked like someone had thrown a red slushy at it. When I called to inform them of these issues they were extremely rude. Very shady and unprofessional! More

Didn’t receive the complimentary car wash I’ve received every other time I’ve come for service.When asked about the car wash Mr. Bena moved his head. As if to say “so”.
