The website to sign up for service is terrible. I've been there before, but it I stop couldn't log in. Everything time I tried, it told me that I had to have cookies enabled. In total we had a horrible experience. We were there over 4 hours. We wanted to leave & come back Monday but they kept encouraging us to stay. When we finally got into the finance office we were tired and ready to leave. Charles knew that and took advantage of us. Shame on us for not catching the sale price was $3,000 higher than what was listed online. We were also sold an extended warranty that Charles told us was required for the rate he got us. We were fresh out of Chapter 13 and he let us know he worked hard to get us financed. A week later (6/27/20) we went into the dealership and signed a paper to cancel the warranty. We’ve gotten nothing but the runaround from everyone we’ve talked to about the cancellation, especially Charles and Antoine. It’s 9/4 and they still have not processed it and are not returning calls. We were warned by friends not to purchase a car there but we did anyways and now we’re sorry. We will tell every we know to avoid this dealership like the plague. More
