I was charged $2000 more than what the vehicle was listed for online. It was listed as a Nissan certified vehicle but when I asked why I was being charged $2000 more?! I was told it’s in “the fine print” t for online. It was listed as a Nissan certified vehicle but when I asked why I was being charged $2000 more?! I was told it’s in “the fine print” that it costs $2000 more for the vehicle to be Nissan certified.. I tried to email my salesman and also his supervisor Antoine. I left a voicemail and never even received a call back or a response to my email. All I was asking for was them to show me the fine print in writing where it states this, but no one could ever produce this and I do believe that’s why they never called me back or wanted to be bothered with this situation. I believe they’re crooks and I would never do business with this dealership ever again I am so disappointed!’ This is bad business to say the least. More

As usual your service department was OUTSTANDING !!! I needed my tire fixed and was able to come in when I could and taken care of and treated very very well !!! Thank you Vince (service department) for needed my tire fixed and was able to come in when I could and taken care of and treated very very well !!! Thank you Vince (service department) for all you do !!! However.... only one thing. I sat in the waiting area f r about an hour or less, I was watching tv and home make over. A customer walks in she sits down a seat away from me. She sees me watching the show about 39 minutes later she gets up and behind me is the receptionist area and whispers to the receptionist. All of a sudden the channel starts to switch. I was shocked I turned around and said did you change the channel To the receptionist who had the remote in her hands, however the customer spoke up and asked were you watching that which she already k ew I was. Don’t get me wrong if the customer would have said to me can we watch something else ? I would have said yes because I already watched at least 30 minutes of the show in other words giving her a chance ....,. I did answer and say “I guess not”..... which it was changed to Governor DeWine talking about corona which was not relaxing anymore. I got up and walked out. MY POINT is PLEASE let the receptionist know that when a customer wants a channel changed that the receptionist should ask others in the room if they can change the channel. The other customer was extremely rude and who the heck wants to listen to DeWine I listened enough to him. When I’m sitting in a waiting room I want it somewhat comfortable. I did call the receptionist when I left and told her I was watching it she apologized I did talk to the sales manager but never told him because he was rude in his tone and I figured forget that. I was going to call back the next day and talk to the manager just to let him know to please have the receptionist ask other customers if they are watching it. You could even see from my back that I was watching it I was looking straight at the tv. However I decided not to call back because how rude the Danes manager was that it would not make a difference. Even if that was really the sakes manager I don’t know. I am more miffed at how the receptionist handled this situation, especially when the customer is whispering and I’m sitting there watching tv. I purposely did not get on my phone once I wanted to relax and watch a show. Otherwise your service department was fantastic as usual. Professional, kind and honest !!! That’s why I come all the way from Parma Heights to get service ! More
I was taken care of right away.
