Waiting room was very cold, there was no heat, I was freezing Was told I didn’t need an appointment, when I arrived was told 1/2 hr or 45 min, 1 hr & 10 min later I had to go ask for my car, which I s freezing Was told I didn’t need an appointment, when I arrived was told 1/2 hr or 45 min, 1 hr & 10 min later I had to go ask for my car, which I saw was just sitting there ready to go for at least 20 min! It wouldn’t have been so bad if I had not been freezing in waiting room... I left very upset! More

Appt availability was good. My car was taken right away and then I was told what was wrong with it and how long I would have to wait. However, it was a long wait and I did have to stay because I did not ha and then I was told what was wrong with it and how long I would have to wait. I had my Infiniti towed to Ken Ganley since it was the closest Nissan dealer. I used the night drop since it was after hours. Vince from service called and got my ok for analyzing the problem and advising closest Nissan dealer. I used the night drop since it was after hours.
