I always expect the scheduled service to be done well at this service center. One suggestion would offer is when washing an SUV like my Rogue to manually wash the back window area because the automatic brus this service center. Nice employee's but have had major problems with them advising me a couple different contradictory things regarding the processing of the loan. I've been told I would be reached asap to resolving my questions. The first time, I had to call them after not hearing anything back, and the second time (with a different salesperson) the same thing is happening. One of my 2 issues involved getting charged my first payment even though they had not even processed the loan yet (30 days later). This caused me to get double charged because my other car that was traded in (with a loan balance) never got paid. So essentially I've paid 2 months now on my old used car that I no longer possess. They (Nissan) state it's the bank's problem, the bank states' it was Nissan's mistake. Still no clarity and left in the dark. But again my sales day I bought the car was a good experience regardless. More
