I was lied to several times through out the process. Told me they had to sell for 1000$ over list if I didn’t finance with Nissan. Was told car was in 1 small accident with minor damage most likely paint scr me they had to sell for 1000$ over list if I didn’t finance with Nissan. Was told car was in 1 small accident with minor damage most likely paint scratch. When I was driving at night the front headlight was pointing straight down and found out it was in 2 accidents. Complete scam and will never buy from again. Will be putting reviews online and with the bbb. Tried to give me a 9.9% interest rate and when I got my credit union involved it miraculously went to 2.9% More

I came in for a check engine light. They found the issue then recommend lots of other routine maintenance. To save time on my part I approved them. Asked if there were any deals or coupons. They said no.. I then recommend lots of other routine maintenance. To save time on my part I approved them. Asked if there were any deals or coupons. They said no.. I then found my own coupons and they would not apply them all. The customer service is gone downhill. Years ago they would have offered me every deal. Now I wonder if I really needed all of the other maintenance at this time. I brought this up and they said I could always get a second opinion. Shame on me for not having time or money for a second opinion. Losing faith in this service department. More
