Ken Ganley in Medina is now my go to dealership! I was tired of being charged for LoJack and things I didn't want or need. Ready for a better experience, I researched other dealers within a 60 mile radius. Ratings lead me here, where I found friendly, helpful staff and a great selection of vehicles. I'm a senior citizen, a former member of the car business and I have a doctor who reminds me each visit to avoid stress in order to keep my blood pressure and cortisol levels in check. Car shopping is high o and I have a doctor who reminds me each visit to avoid stress in order to keep my blood pressure and cortisol levels in check. Car shopping is high on my list of activities to avoid. On my first visit I sensed being maneuvered into a classic sales situation. I was straightforward with them about my expectations and my knowledge of the product I was interested in and it's market. We quickly developed a respect for each other and the process became a lot easier and more pleasant for both of us. Cameron Berry was my Sales Consultant and he did an excellent job. Kenny Ganley (the founder's grandson) handled making the deal happen which included locating what I wanted (a Frontier Pro 4x with all available packages) which was in very short supply and very high demand nationwide due to Nissan ending production of the 2024's with some time before the 2025's would become available. Despite limited availability Kenny was still able to meet my price target. Cameron, a member of the U.S. Army Reserve was there for every bump and question along the way. My hat is off to both. Because of their hard work, I got the car I wanted at an excellent price. Both are a credit to their organization. I gave the facilities a four because my other car is a Mercedes I bought new and I'm a little spoiled by that sales experience. Actually, the dealership is very nice, clean and new. The buying process started off a little bit old school car business but after we came to terms it was a solid five. My blood pressure and stress levels are good and most importantly I am truly a happy customer. More
Sure wish there was more transparency in the final pricing process. When you say out the door price. That ended up costing me an extra 1,400.00 . pricing process. When you say out the door price. That ended up costing me an extra 1,400.00 . More
