Rose was terrible. She completely ignored my husband when he was asking questions about the car and kept saying, “we’ll get to that later.” We would’ve never bought from her, except it was the perfect car. I he was asking questions about the car and kept saying, “we’ll get to that later.” We would’ve never bought from her, except it was the perfect car. It took her forever to close and she complained about doing her job. She also told us we could use the car wash when it’s working, but that it usually doesn’t. Terrible customer service. If you go to this dealership, I do not recommend Rose at all. I would rate 0 stars if I could. We will never be working with Rose in the future. More

Sales staff was awesome. Service department has left a little to be desired. Bought used car with cash. Awesome car. Very good buy. Was told a loaner would be available. Service taking too long. Stuck paying for rental car longer. No compensation offered for inconvenience. Have to wonder if the car wasn’t paid for already if things would be different.
