The service was horrible. I took a tech for a ride to show the rattle it was making and he heard it and said yea it making a noise but I don’t know what it is. We got back to the dealer and another tech show the rattle it was making and he heard it and said yea it making a noise but I don’t know what it is. We got back to the dealer and another tech came out. Hit the rear seat where the noise was, heard the noise, and said “yup there is a sound and it’s coming from the seat”. They wouldn’t do anything more. I bought the dealer warranty when buying the car and they said that won’t cover this and I would have had to pay for it all. I will never be back to this dealer for service, to buy a car, or even to say hi. They are horrible with the all around experience so don’t waste your time. It’s a turn and burn dealer that doesn’t care about the people. Horrible experience from day one with Rose. More

I just purchased my 2nd ew Nissan Pathfinder from Ken Ganley Nissan. Both my daughter and I have used salesperson Rose Strelbicki. She has been wonderful! She contacted me when my 1st choice of new car c Ganley Nissan. Both my daughter and I have used salesperson Rose Strelbicki. She has been wonderful! She contacted me when my 1st choice of new car came in, and had it ready for me to test drive. She was very patient with all my questions, and handled the paperwork quickly. She gave me a thorough "tour" of the car and all it's parts. She synced my phone with the car and arranged most of the settings in the car computer for me. I was able to watch a few of the quick start videos while she was talking with Tony, the Finance Mgr. The whole process was painless and efficient. I will be doing all of my routine maintenance at this location, also. They have complimentary snacks and drinks while you wait. I highly recommend her and Ganley Nissan! More
