We drove over 2 and a half hours to take a look at used truck which I found on autotrader.com. It looked immaculate and seemed like friendly service over the phone. Once we got there the salesman, Jim Z, w truck which I found on autotrader.com. It looked immaculate and seemed like friendly service over the phone. Once we got there the salesman, Jim Z, was VERY inattentive from the start but we figured he may have been busy. So we take the truck out for a test drive and it seemed pretty solid other than the fact that it was somewhat dirty inside and the truck bed had scratches and dent all over it. When brought up Jim Z, he made some snide remark about how he could get it painted for one of my monthly payments. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever gone to and Jim Z is by far the biggest a$$#@!e and worst salesman I have ever encountered. Please do not waste your time at this dealership if you are looking for any car. More
Drove 2 hours to this dealership after viewing a used far online & being told it was in great shape, apart from one minor defect, which the dealership agreed to pay to have fixed. Took it for a test drive an online & being told it was in great shape, apart from one minor defect, which the dealership agreed to pay to have fixed. Took it for a test drive and found the 4 wheel drive system was not functional. The car was leaking oil. Several of the buttons inside did not work. The 6 disc CD changer was missing the cartridge. The salesman we spoke to before driving out passed us off to another person, after we waited for him for half an hour. The next guy was. Not knowledgable about vehicles in general, let alone the one we were test driving. After we explained all of our concerns he told us he really didn't know what to do. There was no book for the car to explain what all the lights meant in the dash. No one offered to look it up. We weren't shown any comparable vehicles. In the end, we walked out knowing we would have wasted more than 5 hours of our day. Had try been honest from the start, we would have stayed home. Had they made an effort to help is find what we wanted, we may have left with a different car. Their loss. We will never attempt to do business with them again. More
There are so many reasons I would not recommend ANY one buy a car from these snake in the grass sales "professionals". After working a deal out well after closing time on a Tuesday night, we planned to re buy a car from these snake in the grass sales "professionals". After working a deal out well after closing time on a Tuesday night, we planned to return to pick up our purchase on Thursday and set a time for signing the papers and paying for our purchase. The very next morning I confirmed the appoointment with the finance department and the sales man and the title girl. The day of our appointment, we called to see if we could come earlier to get the car and were told that the they sold our car to someone else. Infact it was the guy who worked our deal that sold our car to someone else! Not a mix up, not by accident, just decided to sell it to someone else. OH Well. When we called to find out what happened - the sales guy had an OH well attitude and insulted me by not even forewarding my concerns on to management. I followed up with anyone who would talk to me. Not even a sorry! Jerks I hope no one ever has to work with these un-professionals, no deal is worth it. More

What a wonderful experience! Bar-none, the best car buying experience we've ever had! After our last experience, we weren't sure if we'd ever purchase another new car. Ken Ganley and Alex Kash specific buying experience we've ever had! After our last experience, we weren't sure if we'd ever purchase another new car. Ken Ganley and Alex Kash specifically went above and beyond! No pressure, they showed us everything we wanted to look at. Gave us a very fair trade offer which is hard to find these days. They even did some extra clean up work on a used car we were looking at purchasing. WOW! Highly recommmend, if you're looking at a used car or a new Nissan, stop by Ken Ganley and ask for Alex! Had an inspection on my car performed for free including brakes. Most dealers want $35 to do this. Was given a loaner car and when my car was not ready on time, I was given free oil changes and fuel in brakes. Most dealers want $35 to do this. Was given a loaner car and when my car was not ready on time, I was given free oil changes and fuel in the loaner car. Additionally, I was able to use 10% off coupon and was given more off then I had anticipated. I signed up for the rewards program as well and was given more money off of future services. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because they initially ordered the wrong brake pads,(I have an Infiniti.) They overnighted the right ones and I had my car the next day. Oh, and they even washed my car. More
I sent two separate emails from two separate websites, Autotrader and dealer website, and received a reply from neither. How can a business that relies on customers actually purchasing their product stay Autotrader and dealer website, and received a reply from neither. How can a business that relies on customers actually purchasing their product stay in business when they conduct themselves in this manner? I was possibly going to be spending upwards of $40,000 at this dealership. More
