AWESOME experience! I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked (indicator light was on). I knew I needed new tires and asked to set up an appointment for the next week. Tigh Shaffer quoted me prices on 3 checked (indicator light was on). I knew I needed new tires and asked to set up an appointment for the next week. Tigh Shaffer quoted me prices on 3 different brand/types of tires to review. During the tire inspection, the service tech discovered a nail in the edge of one tire. I opted to have the tires replaced that day. Knowing that I had stopped in on my lunch break and had no other transportation arrangements, Tigh Shaffer offered to have an employee drive me to/from my work place. I wish I could remember the name of the young gentleman who dropped me off at Fenn Elementary and later picked me up - he was polite and courteous! Like I said, Nissan provides awesome service and this is not a one time occurrence either. I have been provided exceptional service every time that I've stopped in at your dealership. More
I want to express my great appreciation for the wonderful service that I received at Ganley Nissan in Medina. While traveling 4 hours away from home, we had a transmission issue that required immediate serv service that I received at Ganley Nissan in Medina. While traveling 4 hours away from home, we had a transmission issue that required immediate service. Harold assisted us through the whole process and went above and beyond our expectations. He provided a loaner car for us to use to travel back home and even offered to travel 2 hours to meet us to bring our car back to us. I have never had such excellent service before at any car dealership. I was very impressed with Tigh's service attitude and his professional manner as we spoke of the service necessary on my Buick. When I brought it in at appointment time he remembered me and everything w his professional manner as we spoke of the service necessary on my Buick. He then called me to mention an additional repair which was necessary, something I thought was wrong but which was overlooked at my previous garage. Your dealership is fantastic from the front door and out the back. Harold is very accomodating with scheduling and very knowledgable about the cars and service. The service area that I pulled into was clean & ready for my arrival. Harold was super friendly & quickly got my car in process. He gave me a time frame - which was absolutely correct.
