I bought my NIssan NV Cargo Van a year ago. Its a great vehicle. Since then I have brought it in a couple times for routine service. Always treated well and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I had my winter tires put on in a blizzard. They were fast, professional and helpful. I came in twice before and was told it was too warm and would chew up my tires. That honesty gets my business. The service is just like "old times" when a person felt like their business was appreciated.....no matter how small or large the purchase. I even tried to tip the customer service reps. but th person felt like their business was appreciated.....no matter how small or large the purchase. I even tried to tip the customer service reps. but they politely declined and said " we want you to know that we will provide this level of service every visit & if you become a loyal customer, we have done our job". Ganely Nissan has a clean, comfortable area to sit and wait while service is completed. Kudos to you Ganely Nissan! I'll be back! More
I am a young adult and I was treated like a child by Alex Kash. He did not answer my questions, did not respond to my questions about the car and was pushy.I asked him questions about mechanical issues with Kash. He wanted me to buy the car right away. He seemed very nice and friendly at first, however that changed.I told him from the get go my max price and he was loud and upset when I wasnt able to go higher. He said that it didn't make a difference what the price of the car was as long as the monthly payment was the same. He shouted across the show room floor, and made a scene as he rushed me out the door. I would not recommend going to this dealership if you are not ready to walk out of the door with a car that day. The prices were reasonable and the car was in great shape and they were fixing one issue that was with it. But the treatment I received seemed like a salesmen tactic and it was just plain rude. More
I leased my new 2012 Nissan Sentra SR (with navigation!!!) and it was the best car deal I have been involved with in my 40 years. Great customer service from the sales personnel to the service dept. Have never had a problem with a service call. Rose was a fantastic salesperson!! Went to dealership to look at a new Nissan Quest. RJ was very friendly and was attentive. He did not have all the answers to my questions but sought them out until I had my answers. Jeff suggested I drive the vehicle home to show my wife, while they had my trade in appraised. We returned an hour later and they offered a very fair trade in, and had found a the same van we looked at in a better color and only 8 miles on it with a complementary DVD package, normally costing $2100. Furthermore, they had a very good price on the van, and had worked it out showing me that 2.99 % bank financing and the $2750 rebate actually saved me about $30 per month compared to the lower Nissan financing offer. A few negotiations later, and we had a deal. Picked up the van the next day, in pristine condition at delivery. The finance session took a while and there was kind of a "hard sell" on the extended warranty...just had to keep saying no! Bottom line...nice people, nice vehicle, salesman who was honest and really tried hard, and I'd recommend them to anyone. More
Bought a new car a couple months ago was promisedfree tank of gas with oil changes and they are saying it is only one take of gas not every time. When ask to speak to sales manager who helped sell us car and promised us this he is no longer is there along with both sales men who helped us. So they are not going to honor the free gas with oil change. They do not care about their customers at all! This was our second suv we have bought from them and had no problems the frost time but maybe that is because I only went there to buy it and never took it back Til we traded it in. They write what they promise you on a paper so their is no confusion on what they are promising you that you show them but if the wording isn't as they think it should be they change what you are promised. Will not be doing anymore business with them! More
