Rose Strelbicki is an excellent salesperson. In December, 2014, I leased my 2015 Nissan Altima from Rose Strelbicki at Ken Ganley Nissan. I first dealt with Rose at Tri-City Nissan and followed her to Ken Ganley Nissan. I leased at least 6 Nissan Maximas from Rose previously but decided to go with the with the Altima this time. Rose has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all Nissan automobiles. I have recommended her to several friends, and I will continue to use her services in the future. More
Nothing but Problems! My wife and I purchased 2 cars at one time (bought 1, leased 1). That part was fine. After that, the problems started. They had to get our vehicles from other dealers because they didn't have ones we wanted on their lot and told us we'd have both cars "early" the following week. Monday, Tuesday and half Wednesday passed the next week and we didn't hear anything so I decide to call Wed afternoon expecting our cars to be in considering it was no longer "early" next week. Sales guy had no answer for me and still had no definitive answer where our cars were. We finally got the cars that Thursday evening but honestly if you say the cars will be ready early in the week... make sure the cars are actually in! Next, when we got our cars my wife was getting leather in hers so they needed to take an extra day to get that taken care of which is no big deal. The issue is we both traded in our cars so they gave her a loaner car until hers was ready. She drove the car no more than 5 miles and the gas light came on! Worst part about it is my wife didn't have her wallet on her when it happened so it created a huge inconvenience for us! Who loans out a car that is literally on empty! Finally, the worst part... Everyone knows when you get a new car, the dealership takes care of getting the license plates for you. I am currently on my THIRD 30 day temp tags and still have no plates from them! Ridiculous thing is, they can only give out two 30 day tags by law so when I called a few days before my second 30 day tags expired they said they still hadn't got the title from the dealership they got my car from, and they should have that soon and will get plates at that point. They then tell me that I have to go to BMV myself to get another 30 day tag until they get the plates. Oh but they said they will reimburse me for those so I guess they see no big deal with this. They don't mind the fact that they made me go wait an hour long in line in the BMV for third set of temp tags when they should have had this settled weeks ago! If I wasn't already locked into this purchase I would have returned my cars and went somewhere else! More

Great Customer Service, Quick, and Easy The title says it all. Living in the Dark Age Several times I was disconnected when trying to reach the sales department and the finance department. This dealership does not embrace technology. I specifically asked to only send my financial documents out to one place for a rate quote and they sent to 3, this doesn't help as you are trying to build credit. I called for the general manager and was disconnected, then I called back and was told he was at lunch, I left a message and the call was never returned. When taking the vehicle for a test drive, I was asked to put gas in the vehicle, they did reimburse me, but that is so far from the way I would expect to be treated. Everyone was nice and friendly, just not up to par with the way a dealership should run in 2014. More

This is our family’s 4th consecut I leased my 2014 Nissan Sentra May 29, 2014 and my Dad I leased a 2013 Altima in March 2013, from Ken Ganley Nissan. This is our family’s 4th consecutive Nissan dealing with Rose Strelbicki! Rose is the best-informed and most helpful in the business! We formerly dealt with Tri-City Nissan of Tallmadge which was bought out by Marhofer's and didn't retain the excellent sales staff from Tri-City. Even though there are two other Nissan dealers closer than me than Medina, Ganley's is superior and seems more trustworthy than the others. Rose Strelbicki is so thoroughly knowledgeable about the autos AND the financing possibilities. She presents information throughly and understandably and is a joy to do business with. I also know that my father has received excellent service from the Ganley s rice department on his car. Ken Ganley of Medina appears to be the best choice for a Nissan in this region! More
My service was great and all the guys I spoke to were fabulous. I needed new tires and brakes, and that is exactly what I got and more! I will be back for the things they recommended. The price was very competitive and I felt that it was the best price compared to other places that I called and other places that I have been in the past. My car drives like a brand new car now and I am very pleased with the quality of work and outcome. More

This car was for my father a older gentleman and he loved the way all these sales and financing people handled getting him in and out quickly. We also had a trade in which they gave us no problem giving us what we wanted for it. special mention also to the parts guy ( didnt get his name sorry) who helped me and my father out with various things. I wasn't necessarily in the market for a car, but Rose contacted me and made me an offer I could not refuse!! I live three hours away in Michigan and it was well worth my while to drive passed scores of mediocre Nissan dealers to Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina, Ohio. As far as I am concerned Rose and Tim have set the bar very high! If anyone is looking for excellence and professionalism, ask for Rose and Tim at Ken Ganley Nissan Dealership!! More
