Went into dealer wanting to experience the all electric leaf. John took us out in the leaf, explained all about the auto. Variant suggested we lease it since the technology is still changing. We were not lease types but after thinking it over could see the benefit in a lease. We were going to wait till spring when Nick contacted my husband with info on leasing rates being lower now. We were not hounded and given only the info we requested. Did not feel rushed or pushed like some dealerships do. Since more than one sales associate was involved I was concerned that each would receive the commission on our deal. They informed me that John would still be compensated. The lease person explained everything to me and I had no unanswered questions upon leaving the dealership with our new leaf. Would recommend Ganley Nissan to anyone in the future. Hope to do business with them on our next auto experience. More

We bought a 2010 Toyota Avalon in January,2013. We were offered a 5 year warranty that guaranteed the full price refund of $1800 if we did not use the warranty. I had occasion to inquire about the warranty offered a 5 year warranty that guaranteed the full price refund of $1800 if we did not use the warranty. I had occasion to inquire about the warranty as I could not find in writing the refund clause through Fidelity Warranty Services. It was offered through the dealer and had expired.shortly after we bought the car. Upon inquiry, Greg Normando agreed to honor the refund clause and sent a letter to that effect. AWESOME experience! I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked (indicator light was on). I knew I needed new tires and asked to set up an appointment for the next week. Tigh Shaffer quoted me prices on 3 checked (indicator light was on). I knew I needed new tires and asked to set up an appointment for the next week. Tigh Shaffer quoted me prices on 3 different brand/types of tires to review. During the tire inspection, the service tech discovered a nail in the edge of one tire. I opted to have the tires replaced that day. Knowing that I had stopped in on my lunch break and had no other transportation arrangements, Tigh Shaffer offered to have an employee drive me to/from my work place. I wish I could remember the name of the young gentleman who dropped me off at Fenn Elementary and later picked me up - he was polite and courteous! Like I said, Nissan provides awesome service and this is not a one time occurrence either. I have been provided exceptional service every time that I've stopped in at your dealership. More
I want to express my great appreciation for the wonderful service that I received at Ganley Nissan in Medina. While traveling 4 hours away from home, we had a transmission issue that required immediate serv service that I received at Ganley Nissan in Medina. While traveling 4 hours away from home, we had a transmission issue that required immediate service. Harold assisted us through the whole process and went above and beyond our expectations. He provided a loaner car for us to use to travel back home and even offered to travel 2 hours to meet us to bring our car back to us. I have never had such excellent service before at any car dealership.
