A dealership that rises above the rest! I recently purchased a used van at Ken Ganley Nissan and I can't say enough about the Ken Ganley team. From Antoine, my salesman, to management, and I recently purchased a used van at Ken Ganley Nissan and I can't say enough about the Ken Ganley team. From Antoine, my salesman, to management, and the service department. Gave me a great deal and they were easy to work with. Antoine really went above and beyond the call of duty! He is a friendly, patient, snazzy young salesman who didn't pressure me and dealt with everything quickly and courteously. After I bought the car (my second vehicle), I had no way of getting the new one home. He graciously followed me in my other car and I returned him to Ken Ganley (I would have kept him if I could! LOL!). Then, the next day, I planned on taking the new/used van for a quick trip into town, but, to my dismay, it wouldn't start/turn over. I checked everything I could, but had to call Antoine. He was understanding and assured me they would take care of it, even though I bought it NO WARRANT/AS IS and I was exasperated. He sent out a couple of nice young men who tried to jump it with no success. Then they sent a tow truck to take it back to their service dept. All in the same day. I had it back (the starter was bad), at their expense, by the NEXT day!! And, again, Antoine delivered the van himself and I took him back. They did not have to fix my van, and for that I am truly grateful. If I am still living in Ohio by the time I need another car, I will definitely shop at Ken Ganley Nissan!! Hey, Ken Ganley, give Antoine a raise...he is a real asset! More
First Rate customer service I have spent most of my life working in customer service so when I say that I drive well out of my way to visit Ken Ganley for my service and sales ne I have spent most of my life working in customer service so when I say that I drive well out of my way to visit Ken Ganley for my service and sales needs you better believe that the outstanding customer service plays a role. When I went in for service I had no expectation of buying a car. Rose was so patient and thorough in explaining my options, illustrating the beneficial deals, and respecting my stringent payment needs that I ended up leaving with a brand new Nissan Juke. You better believe that this will not be the last vehicle I purchase from this dealership. More
Full of excuses to refuse to honor email offer I was at the dealer on Mar 11th, 15 after several email conversation. However, when I drove 45mins to got there to sign, but he(and his boss) refused the deal with all kinds of excuses. It was very unprofessional and rude. Totally waste of time and energy. I am willing to hear the dealer's opinion. More
Above my expectations. I have a 2009 Nissan cube. Snow and ice and built up under my drivers's side mud flap. I was at a do it yourself car wash and I kicked the built up I have a 2009 Nissan cube. Snow and ice and built up under my drivers's side mud flap. I was at a do it yourself car wash and I kicked the built up ice and snow in an attempt to get that ice and snow out of there. Well while doing that, I kicked one of the clips off that holds the mud flap.. Well the mud flap was hanging.. I could not find the clip.. I tried to fix it myself with a screw.. that did not work. I bought some clips at an auto parts store.... The store clip did not seem to get in the spot thoroughly.. it too came out., though I did kick built up snow again.. well any way.. I put another one in.. that one also failed.. I called Ken Ganley Nissan on a Monday.. talked to a real helpful gentlemen.. told me there were two sizes..well I drove up there Monday after leaving the office.. went back to parts department.. .. talked to the same gentleman again.. He wanted to see the car.. I asked him if he could pop the clip in . I am not good at mechanical stuff.. well he had me drive the in to the intake building.. tried a number of times to get clips brought out to work.. none seemed to work.. the car was full of snow, ice, water.. and he never complained, never sighed, never seem bothered.. None of the clips would work though.. He then wanted to bring the car to the service building to get it up on a lift.. He thought he would just remove the hanging mud flap and have me come back when it was dryer out. He had the car lifted.. spent some time working on it.. I was watching through the service window.. Drove around.. met me at the intake building and the mud flap was secured.. He had tried a different clip I think and got it to work. I asked him how much do I owe him and he did not charge me, refused to take any money. I was so impresses... I may have taken a half hour or forty five minutes total and they did not charge me at all. I did not even buy the cube there yet he was so nice to me.. never asked me where I bought the car, never asked my name, never gave me a quote, never had me sign anything.. It really was quite remarkable.. Thank you very much for the incredible way you fixed that mud flap, and did not even charge me. More

Rose Strelbicki is an excellent salesperson. In December, 2014, I leased my 2015 Nissan Altima from Rose Strelbicki at Ken Ganley Nissan. I first dealt with Rose at Tri-City Nissan and followed In December, 2014, I leased my 2015 Nissan Altima from Rose Strelbicki at Ken Ganley Nissan. I first dealt with Rose at Tri-City Nissan and followed her to Ken Ganley Nissan. I leased at least 6 Nissan Maximas from Rose previously but decided to go with the with the Altima this time. Rose has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all Nissan automobiles. I have recommended her to several friends, and I will continue to use her services in the future. More
Nothing but Problems! My wife and I purchased 2 cars at one time (bought 1, leased 1). That part was fine. After that, the problems started. They had to get our vehicles My wife and I purchased 2 cars at one time (bought 1, leased 1). That part was fine. After that, the problems started. They had to get our vehicles from other dealers because they didn't have ones we wanted on their lot and told us we'd have both cars "early" the following week. Monday, Tuesday and half Wednesday passed the next week and we didn't hear anything so I decide to call Wed afternoon expecting our cars to be in considering it was no longer "early" next week. Sales guy had no answer for me and still had no definitive answer where our cars were. We finally got the cars that Thursday evening but honestly if you say the cars will be ready early in the week... make sure the cars are actually in! Next, when we got our cars my wife was getting leather in hers so they needed to take an extra day to get that taken care of which is no big deal. The issue is we both traded in our cars so they gave her a loaner car until hers was ready. She drove the car no more than 5 miles and the gas light came on! Worst part about it is my wife didn't have her wallet on her when it happened so it created a huge inconvenience for us! Who loans out a car that is literally on empty! Finally, the worst part... Everyone knows when you get a new car, the dealership takes care of getting the license plates for you. I am currently on my THIRD 30 day temp tags and still have no plates from them! Ridiculous thing is, they can only give out two 30 day tags by law so when I called a few days before my second 30 day tags expired they said they still hadn't got the title from the dealership they got my car from, and they should have that soon and will get plates at that point. They then tell me that I have to go to BMV myself to get another 30 day tag until they get the plates. Oh but they said they will reimburse me for those so I guess they see no big deal with this. They don't mind the fact that they made me go wait an hour long in line in the BMV for third set of temp tags when they should have had this settled weeks ago! If I wasn't already locked into this purchase I would have returned my cars and went somewhere else! More
