Everyone said to bad it's used if that is the case why did I go to this dealer ship to buy a car. If the not ready to sale then why did they do it I should have to go over the truck with a check list that's there jobs and that's why u go to a creditable dealer ship. RIGHT? don't bother going to this one the keys alone are going to cost almost 400 just to replace and you know and I know they knew they where bad if not how did they even drive the truck across the parking lot More

They do not honor their word. In the process of negotiating for a new vehicle I was promised by the sales manager that the offer they made us would stay in effect until the vehicle In the process of negotiating for a new vehicle I was promised by the sales manager that the offer they made us would stay in effect until the vehicle was sold. However when I returned a few weeks later to purchase the vehicle I was told that they would no longer honor their offer. I was told that since the manager who made the offer to me no longer work for the dealership they would not be able to honor it. I stated that he worked there at the time and represented their business and they should honor the word of all of their employees past and present. I will never visit or purchase a vehicle from the dealership. I will say that the salesman work hard for us to get a deal done but management stood in the way. More

Bait and switch We were told to come in to test drive 2 used cars. We were told they would be waiting out front. When we got there nobody knew where the cars were. We were told they were at the detail shop have a seat. Then we were told one sold yesterday the other was out on an overnight test drive. Really it took 30 min to figure that out? Not sure what the trooth is but I call it bait and switch. They tried to get us to look at other cars. We left and headed to an honest dealership. More
