While the Lexus was a great car, and the service started off as great, I felt over the years that the service had begun to diminish. In August I returned to Ganley Nissan and purchased a 2016 Altima. Every bit the performance of the Lexus. What brought me back to Nissan was their service programs. I'll site two specific examples. 1) I brought my wife's Rogue in for a new battery. No appointment, just stopped in. While there I stopped to talk with Terry Blascak, a new Sales Manager. Before our conversation ended, about 15-20 minutes the battery had been changed! 2) In August of 2016 I purchased a new Altima SL. It had a vibration in the consol. I took the car in to see about fixing the noise, and could not get the vibration to sound, even with me and the technician in the vehicle. I left disappointed the car had not been fixed. I returned about a month later for the same issue and again, the vibration could not be heard by the technician. I left once again disappointed. You may wonder where is the outstanding service here? Nick, in the service department recognized how disappointed I was, and called me the next day. He had researched my complaint and found a note from Nissan advising what to do if the vibration was reported. Nick called me, set up a time, that day, and had the issue resolved within 20 minutes! Thank you Nick for taking the time to not stop at the first or second "log in the road"! It is this outstanding customer service that has me back as a customer of Ganley Nissan! Hassle Free purchase I just picked up my new Nissan Murano today and I wanted to express my happiness with both the salesperson and the dealership for an easy process. My I just picked up my new Nissan Murano today and I wanted to express my happiness with both the salesperson and the dealership for an easy process. My salesperson was Rose and she was not only knowledgeable about the car, but when I first met her I was interested in a different car. It took me almost 3 months to decide on the Murano and during that time I wasn't hassled by Rose (unlike most dealerships), she was patient and waited until I had made my decision on the car. I decided to lease it through my company and both Rose and the dealership made this process easy and quick. I was in and out of the dealership with my car in less than 2 hours and that included the demonstrations that Rose did in the car, showing me all the features. I would definitely go back to Rose and Ganley Nissan if/when I purchase another vehicle. Thanks Rose for all your help. More

She listens to me. Rose has all the figures together for me and a car for me to test drive prior to my visit. She is very dependable. No pressure to look at anything else. The car is like new Because I always cared for it; no scratches, no dents... after my service there, I noticed there was water in the cup holders inside of the car... Several scratches on the transmition handle and the car looked even more dirtier after the car wash than before. The attitude that I received is unacceptable... I was told: "what do you want, it's a free car wash here. And they can give me the price of changing that handle which they scratched." When I claimed that the car was not scratched before, they said that "it's not them, and maybe my wife did it" I mentioned that I will write a review about their service.. but with a smile on their faces they said "what will that do for you?!" I would never recommend getting service done for your car at this particular dealershing! More

My first dealership visited was Ganley Nissan with salesperson extraordinaire, Abby Donges. From the start, she understood that I was exploring different brands and was encouraging, even following up with me on occasion without ever being obnoxious or pushy. Throughout my experience with her, she would say, "It's important for me to know that you're happy." After a harrowing experience that following with other dealerships, I returned to Abby, who guided me through the leasing process, simplified it, and, well, even "pow-wowed" with the finance manager and general manager to push through a simply unprecedented lease deal - no small task considering my so-so credit, but Abby, together with finance wizard, Justin, and general manager, Frank, MADE IT ALL HAPPEN, and I was able to drive home a beautiful 2016 Rogue. Special thanks to internet manager, Judy, who just exudes a genuine energy of somebody you feel like you've known for years. But people: CALL. ABBY. TODAY. My experience at Ganley was bar none superior! More
