After not having to purchase a car in six years, I was overwhelmed with the experience I had at Ken Ganley, Nissan in Medina . First impression…. Hands-down, the cleanest and BEST SMELLING dealership I have ever been in. I was greeted at the door immediately by two very pleasant men behind the counter. I was then approached by Jonathan who took care of us completely and thoroughly from start to finish. He not only found us the car we were looking for, but did it in a friendly yet non overpowering way! Tony, the general manager, was amazing and addressed all of our needs quickly and efficiently. We were taken on a tour of the service department after we signed our paperwork, which is again the cleanest I’ve ever seen !! Happy to see that the waiting area is very inviting since I will probably be spending a lot of time there with oil changes in the future. All in all it was a delightful experience! We are over the moon happy with our Nissan rogue. I think that if you are nervous about buying a vehicle that this dealership will definitely ease all your fears within minutes of walking in.
