A great experience! I recently retired, and I continued to work part time. It was difficult to prove my total income. I knew what I wanted. I wanted a new NV200. Great buying experience!!!! I used a car search side to look for used vehicles and Ken Ganley NISSAN came up with a very low mileage and price competitive car. Pictures and description on their webpage describe the car as it was . After I decided to look at the car in reality, I called Bryon and he was really helpful and upfront. He was very familiar with the BMW I wanted to see and Input a hold on the car and agreed to see and test drive it the next day. When I arrived the car was ready , detailed and Bryon was also there for the test drive. He explained the details of the car, the different drive modes and extras the car came with like the turn signal customization and so forth. I decided to buy the car and the paperwork was done quickly and within an hour I was on my way. When I had a few questions about the car the other day, he called back right away and gave specific answers regarding service done etc. In addition he followed up with a call and a letter to assure all was good.
