Fast, easy, friendly service for an oil change. I was waited on as soon as I drove into the service area. The waiting lounge was very nice and clean. Most importantly was the way I was treated by my service advisor, Nick Bena. My free oil change promotion had expired last month and I was unaware of that. Nick advised me of this after my car was serviced. Nick then explained that since the expiration date was not printed on my free oil change card and I had expected the free service, he did not charge me for the oil change. He did not have to do that and I was prepared to pay for the service after learning about the loss of the promotion. He was very kind and very customer-service oriented! More
