2015 Juke We left the car for repair on June 15. Due to acceleration issues and engine light on. We picked it up on June 24. We were told the manifold had been We left the car for repair on June 15. We took it back in and we waited another week and several phone calls later to finally get the car back - and hopefully running right this time. It is very difficult to get through to anyone in the service department. Help is needed in that department. It seemed-for several day and phone calls-that no one could figure out what the problem really was. I had been in months earlier about this lack of acceleration issue and no one could find s problem at that time. This time we nearly got killed on the turnpike going away for our anniversary due to this problem. The only new issue was the engine light going on. We had to come back home and sit in Ganley waiting room on our actual anniversary. More

Absolutely wonderful people! I went to Ken Ganley Nissan on the day my daughter turned six weeks old. My husband was at work so it was just the two of us. Our salesman, John Ramse I went to Ken Ganley Nissan on the day my daughter turned six weeks old. My husband was at work so it was just the two of us. Our salesman, John Ramsey (Rambo), was the sweetest man we could’ve hoped to have gotten! He’s a Vietnam Vet, and just a genuinely nice person. He held my daughter for me so I could sign paperwork, and he pushed her in her stroller throughout the sales room when I had to go switch things between vehicles. Tony, the finance manager, was very knowledgeable and he listened to what our family needed. Every employee who walked by stopped to talk to me about my baby, and interacted with her. The whole process took three hours, with a 40 minute or so break for my little one to eat lunch. I was so impressed with this dealership! I didn’t feel pressured, or uncomfortable at any time and I’ve already told all of my family and friends about Rambo and recommended they go see him for all their auto purchases! Thanks Ken Ganley!
