New Lease Our experience with Ganley Nissan began with an unfriendly call from a sales rep, however, once the manager took over, the experience was much better. Our experience with Ganley Nissan began with an unfriendly call from a sales rep, however, once the manager took over, the experience was much better. The manager was willing to work with us over the phone and set us up with Mike who met with us in person. Mike made sure we had as much paperwork done ahead of time to make the process quick and easy. Although there was an initial discrepancy with pricing between what was agreed upon on the phone and in person, the manager on duty was able to adjust the price with very little hassle. Overall, a good car buying experience! More

Fast in. Fast out. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Talked to Vincent and confirmed the service needs and an area of concern. Took our Rogue right I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Talked to Vincent and confirmed the service needs and an area of concern. Took our Rogue right in and the service was completed, with the vehicle ready to go in less than 90 minutes. And free WiFI let me work while I waited. A new part was ordered and we're just awaiting it's arrival to schedule replacement and hopefully resolve the cause. More
